First upload in a Long time.
I'm a bit rusty, so I thought I'd just have a go at something creative but not overly challenging. His hands are hidden under the panels. I'd imagine him something of a brawler in fights; smashing opponents who are already freezing or suffering from frostbites. Not sure how pleased I am with the snow effect, I might consider uploading one without it in scraps or something.
